During a working trip to the Sughd region, Ukrainian Ambassador Vasyl Servatiuk visited the Tajik sea, the Kayrakkum hydroelectric power station, and the health complex "Bahoriston". The Tajik sea was artificially built in the 50s of the last century. It is about 90 km long and up to 30 km wide. Today it is a popular holiday destination. Modern sanatoriums and boarding houses have been built on its Bank. Ukrainian hydropower companies have traditionally taken an active part in the construction of the Kairakkum HPP. At the time of the arrival of the Ambassador of Ukraine, a team of Ukrainian specialists of the Zaporozhye enterprise "Electroprivod" performed planned work.
