Both interlocutors expressed their interest in further deepening mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation, implementation of decisions of the Joint Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Tajik Commission on Economic Cooperation.

Particular attention during the meeting was paid to the issues of reestablishing direct air flight between the capitals of the two countries, supporting the leading Ukrainian enterprises presence in the Tajik market, joint participation of the Ukrainian and Tajik companies in the implementation of infrastructural projects, interaction in promoting economic development of neighboring Afghanistan.   

Sherali Ganjalzoda expressed the wishes of soonest possible restoration of peace in Ukraine. The two sides agreed to closely cooperate in the spirit of traditional partnership inherent to the Ukrainian-Tajik relations.
